Southern Adirondacks For Solar

Have you been to a Southern Adirondacks for Solar event yet? They launched this year’s solarize campaign on May 5 and have had a myriad of events since then. Don’t worry though, there are more coming up! The Southern Adirondacks for Solar program is able to help those living in the Southern Adirondacks go solar for a group rate. That means you pay less when you decide to go solar! As one of the selected providers for this campaign, we are here to help educate our community about the benefits of going solar and to help you determine if going solar is right for you. Take a look at the great events we have had and the ones that are coming up!
Southern Adirondacks for Solar has been at the Glens Falls Farmer’s Market, Take A Bite in downtown Glens Falls, and put on a few events of their own. The workshop at The Hub in Brant Lake was a unique and fun event! The Hub is a great place to go for a bike ride or grab a bite to eat. Drew and Noah, the owners, are big supporters of solar and have 2 trackers! Those that came were able to see these awesome trackers, enjoy some great food, and learn more about Southern Adirondacks for Solar and if going solar is right for them. It was a fun and educational night for all who attended!
It’s not too late to go to a Southern Adirondacks for Solar event or take advantage of their great rates available to you! Utility costs are on the rise and there’s no sign of them slowing down. Consumers are feeling the pressure of constantly climbing electricity rates. As inflation continues to affect nearly every industry and energy demand increases, utility companies are charging more, which means your bills are getting higher. In fact, many experts agree that utility prices will only continue to increase, making it harder for households and businesses to keep their budgets under control. NYSERDA provides detailed information on historical energy rates throughout New York State for example. These patterns follow the same trends nationwide.
